Company Welcomes Carl Foto and Amy Tepas to Leadership Team

The two executives bring combined decades of leadership experience at high-growth technology companies as Incident IQ accelerates its market momentum.

Foto joins Incident IQ with more than 15 years of leadership experience scaling private equity-backed SaaS and technology businesses. Most recently, he was CFO, Americas at Veriforce/Alcumus, where he helped drive significant revenue growth, supported multiple strategic acquisitions, and played a key role in the company’s successful private equity transactions. Throughout his career, Foto has led finance and operational initiatives that supported rapid expansion, improved scalability, and long-term value creation.
