Student data stays private and protected
Educators and families trust Incident IQ with student information, and we take that responsibility seriously. [We never sell student data] and build the Incident IQ Platform and mobile app to keep student information secure. [We support district FERPA obligations and sign state and district data privacy agreements, including the National Data Privacy Agreement.]
ACCESSIBILITY
Built for every user
Incident IQ conforms to [WCAG 2.2] Level AA, so the platform works with screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech input, and other assistive technologies. We partner with Level Access, a digital accessibility provider, to test and maintain these standards.
SECURITY
Security verified by independent audit
Incident IQ completed a SOC 2 Type 2 audit with an unqualified opinion, covering security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. An independent auditor tested our controls over a sustained period, not just at a single point in time.
