EVENT RESERVATION REQUESTS

Simple and straightforward event requests.

iiQ Events allows school districts to set up reservation request workflows that are data-rich and easy-to-use. Users select from a list of available locations, specify the time the location is needed, and input any additional needs using flexible, tailored reservation forms.

RESERVATION FORMS

Give users all the info they need to find the right venue.

When a staff member needs to reserve an event space, they will see a list of available rooms, their seating capacity, size, and other relevant info. iiQ Events makes it simple for users to find the right space that fits their needs.

CUSTOMIZABLE RESERVATION WORKFLOWS

Reservation forms that capture the data your team needs.

Use custom fields in iiQ Events to capture all the essential data related to a reservation booking. These fields can be attached to individual event types, ensuring that forms are always relevant to the event being booked.

PREVENT DOUBLE BOOKINGS

Ensure that locations aren’t booked twice.

Once an event reservation has been submitted, the availability of that space will be blocked out until the request is approved or denied. This prevents double-bookings, and ensures that spaces are only reserved once. Users can specify time needed for set up and breakdown, ensuring that events don’t overlap.
