What you can expect:

Come together for a half-day networking session with fellow IT, Facilities, and HR leaders to discuss key topics affecting your schools, including student tech programs and help desk ticketing. Drinks, snacks, and lunch are provided, along with awesome swag items to take home. It’s an event you don’t want to miss!


These educational events are centered around product best practices, round table discussions about the support challenges K-12 districts are facing, and one-on-one meetings with Incident IQ representatives. Think of it as a live support session for agents and admins from around the area to work together and further transform the support workflows for your district.
