Featured Enhancement: Ticket-to-Email Overhaul

The power of Rules Engine has been extended to let districts better route, prioritize and resolve tickets created via email. Districts can now configure automation rules that trigger based on inputs like sender email, recipient address, email subject content, and email body content. These new enhancements also allow districts to support multiple ticket-to-email addresses and allow for forwarding support requests from other email addresses.

New Integration: Genesis SIS

Incorporates student and teacher enrollments, locations, parent / guardian information, and more. Custom workflows accelerate time-to-resolution for Genesis SIS-related tickets. The app also empowers Genesis districts to utilize the powerful My Classes suite of asset management tools.
