What’s New in Incident IQ: September Enhancements

Welcome to the latest release of Incident IQ. This release focuses largely on stability improvements. Dozens of bugs have been squashed, and users should notice an improvement in stability and site performance. Read on to learn more about this release and to register for our next webinar.

Easily import room information with new importer tools.

The new room importer allows admins to quickly and reliably import room information from a CSV file. Administrators can use this new functionality by navigating to Locations on the left sidebar and selecting Import Rooms.

Stability enhancements and bug fixes throughout the product.

This month we’ve dedicated our development effort overwhelmingly towards bug fixes and stability improvements. We know that Incident IQ provides mission-critical support tools for K-12 districts, and those tools need to be as reliable as possible.
