What’s New in Incident IQ: Mid-March Enhancements

||iiQ Webinar Mar 30

Welcome to the latest release of Incident IQ. This update features enhancements for our Jamf School, Mosyle, and Intune MDM integrations.

Easily execute MDM commands from Incident IQ using Device Actions.

We’ve enhanced our Mosyle, InTune, and Jamf School integrations, adding Device Actions that allow you to execute MDM commands from Incident IQ. Device Actions vary by integration, but they allow admins/agents the ability to remotely restart, sync, or lock devices from an asset details page in Incident IQ.

These new enhancements are available for districts using the Mosyle, InTune, or Jamf School MDM integrations. Device Actions are permission-based — they are turned on by default for admins, but will need to be activated for agent accounts if your district chooses to do so. Device Actions are visible from the asset details page of any applicable managed device.

To modify Device Actions permissions as an admin, navigate to Administration > Permissions > App Specific and activate Device Actions for agent accounts.

The Alaskan Time Zone is now supported in Incident IQ.

We know you have all been anxiously awaiting the day for us to update our time zones to include Alaska. We’re pleased to announce the wait is over.

To accommodate Nome Public Schools joining the Incident IQ platform we have updated our time zones to include all fifty states, including Alaska. We also believe that Nome does indeed have the world’s largest gold pan, no matter what they say over in Quesnel, BC.

Nome Public Schools, welcome to Incident IQ!
