What’s New in Incident IQ: May Enhancements

May Enhancements: Fee Tracker updates, new payment integrations, and more

Welcome to the latest release of Incident IQ. This update brings enhancements to Fee Tracker, as well as new payment integrations. Read on to learn more and to register for our next webinar.

Fee Tracker update makes it easier to send invoices and attach files to fees.

Send invoices to parents and guardians in a click. Use parent/guardian contact information imported from your district’s SIS to make sending invoices simple using Fee Tracker.

To import parent/guardian data into Incident IQ, navigate to Incident IQ Apps > Manage > [Your district’s SIS integration] > Settings > Import Options > Import Other Users. Once parent/guardian data has been synced, agents will have the option to send a copy of an invoice to a parent/guardian when it’s generated.

New functionality allows agents to quickly attach files or photos to newly-created fees. Agents will see a file attachment option when creating a fee. Files can also be attached by editing an existing fee.

New payment integrations make it simple to manage school-related fees between systems.

New Fee Tracker integrations for SquareStripeMySchoolBucks, and Vanco Payments (fka RevTrak) arrive in the Incident IQ Apps & Integrations catalog on Monday, May 16.

These integrations make it simple to synchronize fee and payment information between Incident IQ and your district’s payment processor of choice. Featuring all of the robust fee management features of Fee Tracker, these integrations make it simple for support teams to add, modify, and reconcile school-related fees.

We have a small favor to ask: if you could fill out this single-question survey, it would help us determine future payment provider integrations.

Coming Soon: Updated email notification templates.

In the coming weeks we’ll be rolling out our new email notifications. Administrators can opt-in to new email notifications once they’re released in the coming weeks, and all Incident IQ districts will be moved to the new notifications by the fall.
