What’s New in Incident IQ: February Enhancements

Welcome to the latest release of Incident IQ. This update features a number of changes made to email notifications, as well as a number of enhancements to our Google integrations. Read on to learn more about the enhancements in this release, as well as our upcoming webinar.

Keep everyone informed with enhanced email notifications.

This release contains a number of enhancements designed to make email notifications more informative for requestors and agents.

Email notifications can now contain links to recommended Knowledge Base articles. Additionally, links to attached screenshots and screen recordings are now included in email updates, providing requestors an easy way to view any media attached to tickets.

Add some flair with our enhanced logo editor.

We’ve also enhanced our enhanced logo editor, making it easier to attach your district logo to the header of all Incident IQ email notifications.

Administrators may find this editor under Site Settings > Logo.

Enjoy more control with Google integration enhancements.

We’ve added support for multiple Google domains when synchronizing district data with Incident IQ. This allows for greater flexibility when importing users from Google domains into Incident IQ.

We’ve also added more granularity when it comes to mapping and updating assets through Google. Admins can now select whether they want to sync all asset fields from Google, or just custom fields.
