What’s New in Incident IQ: February Enhancements

Welcome to the latest release of Incident IQ. Our first major release of the new year includes improvements to batch actions, as well as the release of Forms Manager — our new premium app for managing district paperwork.

Forms Manager is now available.

Our new premium app for managing school-related paperwork is live. Design, distribute, and collect forms and other district documents. Forms Manager makes it easy to automate paperwork tasks, and provides printer-ready exports in a click.

Learn more about Forms Manager by visiting our apps & integrations catalog, or by tuning in to our next webinar, where we’ll be going over Forms Manager in depth.

Get more done in less clicks with new batch action enhancements.

Previously, batch actions could only be applied to the items displayed on a page, which were capped at 200. This enhancement removes that cap, allowing users to apply batch actions to larger groups of tickets, users, or assets.

To use this new feature, select a group of items like before. When you select more than one item, a button will appear that will allow you to select all items in the current view. After all items are selected, you can apply batch actions to your entire selection.

Join us for our next webinar on Thursday, February 10.

For our February webinar, we’ll be showing off Forms Manager, walking through our latest feature enhancements, and discussing some of the new features we have in the works for 2022.
