- Smart Search: New search functionality allows users to quickly specify a device, system, issue, location or user.
- Favorites: Users can now designate devices, software and online systems as favorites to expedite ticket generation.
- Quick Tickets: From the requestor dashboard, users can now generate tickets up to 50% faster, using the Quick Tickets launcher which displays a user’s assigned devices and selected favorites.
