What’s New in Incident IQ – New Integrations and performance enhancements

Nov 2 Release||||

Welcome to the latest release of Incident IQ. This release features new MDM and remote assistance integrations, as well as a number of performance enhancements. These new integrations help directly address distance learning support challenges, and expand the number of MDM solutions compatible with Incident IQ.

Enhance asset information with new MDM integrations.

Two new MDM integrations are now live in the Apps & Integrations catalog — Mosyle and Microsoft Intune. These two new integrations enable greater data visibility between Incident IQ and your preferred MDM. Quickly import asset data and ensure parity between systems with data imports and two-way syncs.

Extend remote desktop support with new remote assistance integrations.

Three new remote assistance integrations are now available in the Incident IQ Apps & Integrations catalog. These integrations for Microsoft Remote Desktop, BeyondTrust (formerly Bomgar), and VNC Connect allow agents to quickly initiate a remote desktop support session within an Incident IQ ticket.

Step-by-step instructions guide users through the pairing process, and one-click copy-to-clipboard commands eliminate the need for typing out long access codes. Remote assistance sessions are automatically logged as resolution actions on the ticket timeline, saving agents the need to manually log these sessions themselves.
