What’s New in Incident IQ: Early June Enhancements

Welcome to the latest release of Incident IQ. This update features a new integration with Microsoft Outlook calendar, as well as numerous performance enhancements and fixes. Read on to learn more and to register for our June 24 webinar.

Sync your Microsoft Outlook calendar with Incident IQ.

Easily sync your Outlook and Incident IQ calendar events with our new sync support. Schedule events with Support Scheduler and both calendars will be populated with data-rich support events.

Agents and admins can sync Outlook calendars by navigating to the Account Settings dropdown in the top-right of Incident IQ, selecting Calendar > New Calendar > Link to Microsoft Calendar.
