Incident IQ’s next update has arrived. You’ll find a number of new enhancements, as well as some modifications and bug fixes. Read on to learn more about the changes found in our February 2019 update, as well as our upcoming webinar.

Asset Management Improvements

Additional asset filters have been added, allowing users to filter assets by asset status and funding source. Additional information fields have been added when viewing a group of assets: owner email, owner username, vendor, and created date. The asset importer has also been enhanced, and now features the ability to import insurance information.

Users Explorer Improvements

A new sorting option is available—sorting users alphabetically by last name. New columns have been added to the grid view of users: email addressusername, and school ID number. Users that are marked No Access will no longer display in user counts in the Users Explorer. No Access users will also be excluded from results when a user drills down into a group of users from the Users Explorer. These No Access users can still be displayed through filters.
