New App: Aeries SIS
For districts using Aeries SIS, this integration with Aeries SIS syncs data and applies custom ticket workflows for swift and detailed help request submission. Numerous data fields from Aeries can be synced with Incident IQ, like homeroom, grade levels, and school calendars. This integration is free for districts using Aeries SIS.
Enhanced Welcome Emails
We’ve updated the look and the content of Incident IQ welcome emails, providing new users with a, easy-to-use guide on how to get started in Incident IQ.
New Integration: SchoolPay (Private Beta)
Incident IQ’s integration with SchoolPay ties charges and outstanding balances to user accounts in Incident IQ.

Coming soon: Spare Pool
The Spare Pool app allows IT teams to efficiently manage spare device levels across an entire district. Easily check devices in and out of spare pools, monitor spare device distribution and device levels, and designate groups of spare devices efficiently.
