Incident IQ Releases Enhanced Approvals Workflow App

Incident IQ, the service management platform built for K-12, announced the release of a new app—Enhanced Approval Workflows. With this new app, districts can build single or multi-stage workflow processes, keeping stakeholders informed and reducing the turnaround time for approval requests. Users can approve or deny requests directly from email notifications, or through their Incident IQ dashboard. 

Enhanced Approval Workflows automate workflows based on rules, locations, and various other filters, so districts can automate approval processes, sending them to the correct user at the appropriate time. 

Key features of Enhanced Approval Workflows:

  • Easily construct cross-departmental, single or multi-stage approval processes
  • Use Rules Engine automations to route approvals to the right user at the right time
  • Simple approval process for non-iiQ users: stakeholders can issue approvals from email notifications, without logging in to Incident IQ
