Incident IQ™ Mobile is the new app to redefine K-12 IT management

ATLANTA (June 26, 2017) — Launching today, Incident IQ Mobile is the only application that addresses the growing demand for K-12 IT support and empowered leadership, two ISTE Essential Conditions needed to effectively leverage technology for learning. Available for iOS and Android, Incident IQ Mobile is the pocket companion to the new Incident IQ help desk platform debuting at ISTE this week.

While Incident IQ empowers K-12 leaders and IT teams with help desk organization, asset tracking and analytics, the mobile companion app further enables faculty and support staff to access the powerful help desk platform from any handheld device.

Using the mobile app, teachers can quickly create help tickets without being tethered to their desks. While traveling throughout their district, IT support technicians can access and resolve help tickets and communicate with their team on the go. Incident IQ Mobile scanning directly uploads devices into the system’s asset management module for a streamlined way to assign and audit technology.
