Incident IQ Announces New Apps Architecture for its K-12 Technology Support Platform

Dozens of Pre-built K-12 Apps Available in Initial Release this Summer, 2018

ATLANTA and CHICAGO (June 25, 2018) Incident IQ, the technology support platform built for K-12, has unveiled its new Incident IQ Apps Architecture that enables immediate, efficient support for dozens of popular K-12 technologies at the ISTE Conference (Booth #2033). Apps Architecture has already empowered the creation of dozens of ready-to-use support apps for K-12 learning applications and data management tools that school districts rely on.

The initial Apps & Integrations catalog release includes support for Infinite Campus, Skyward, Brainingcamp, Khan Academy, and dozens more popular learning applications and systems. With pre-built custom support workflows, API integrations, suggested resolution actions, and pre-populated knowledge base articles, Incident IQ aims to help reduce the time it takes to resolve frequently-encountered issues in technology-transformed classrooms.

IT administrators can select and install an Incident IQ Support App in a few clicks, tailoring the Incident IQ platform to manage unique district needs. Apps can pull information from outside programs – like a district’s SIS platform – and put this information directly into a help ticket, ensuring and speeding accurate issue reporting and ticket resolution. Teachers and IT staff alike will benefit from Knowledge Base libraries, reducing or eliminating solution search time.

“Incident IQ’s new Apps Architecture allows us to fulfill our core mission even better, which is to support all the technology that teaching and learning depend on,” said RT Collins, Vice President and General Manager at Incident IQ. “K-12 technology leaders tell us they want their support managed on a single unified platform, so they have the data to know about district challenges and opportunities. With our unique support app approach, we ensure that Incident IQ delivers the core support platform experience that today’s K-12 districts need to support students and teachers.”

The Incident IQ App catalog will grow to support over 100 online systems, courseware and learning devices by year’s end. To learn more about Incident IQ’s approach to K-12 technology ticketing and support, visit us at ISTE in Chicago (Booth #2033) or visit incidentiq.com.
