Getting To and Around Sacramento
- Airport: Sacramento International Aiport (SMF) is just 10.6 miles (about 14 minutes by car) from SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. There are several nonstop flights to SMF to choose from for convenient air travel.
- Amtrak: Amtrak services the Sacramento area with its Sacramento Valley Station, just 1.2 miles (~5 minutes by car) from the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center.
- Driving: Driving around Sacramento is easy due to the city’s grid-like road layouts. The city’s Parking App, designed for all devices, allows users to view a map and easily find parking options by type (i.e., garage, lot, EV charger accessibility), time limit, and more. You can even reserve parking in advance.
- Ride-Share: Uber and Lyft are popular ride-share services in Sacramento, and vehicles can quickly be reserved as needed throughout the city.
