The Incident IQ Team brings together product leaders and customer success specialists, including former district leaders and K–12 technology professionals who have worked inside the systems schools rely on every day. Our team-authored articles reflect a shared perspective shaped by firsthand experience and collaboration with districts nationwide. 

Through daily partnership with IT directors, facilities leaders, operations teams, and district administrators, we see how operational decisions directly affect instructional time, budget stability, and long-term planning. Our insights are grounded in the realities of managing complex school environments, where every workflow, asset, and service request ultimately impacts students. 

We write about the systems behind the scenes: technology lifecycle management, facilities operations, service delivery, governance, and strategic resource allocation.
