Amy Tepas is Chief of Staff at IncidentIQ. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she helps shape and drive the company’s most important strategic priorities. In her role, Amy partners with the CEO and leadership to ensure strategy translates into clear, coordinated execution across the organization.
With over a decade of experience across strategy, insights, enablement, and operations, Amy brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and people-centered leadership. Her background includes building customer insight programs, aligning product and go-to-market teams, and translating complex data into clear direction that helps teams move faster and make better decisions together.
Amy believes that strong execution is just as critical as strong ideas—especially in K—12. She works closely with leaders across IncidentIQ to reduce friction, clarify ownership, and drive momentum on initiatives that support the company’s mission to help school districts operate more effectively so educators can focus on teaching and learning.
Outside of planning sessions and execution roadmaps, Amy is motivated by the broader impact of operational excellence in education. She’s driven by the belief that when district systems work seamlessly behind the scenes, schools gain back time, focus, and capacity—creating better experiences for educators and better outcomes for students.
